can't seem to get hardware acceralation working on mpv with intel igpu

as you can see its always falling back to software decoding

i tried to explicitly set them too(like gpu-api=vaapi) but i still getting the same errors.

try with just "hwdec=vaapi"
i just tried it with no problems

although its recommended not to use hwdec unless absolutely necessary

What is that source material and can you try eg. a youtube video (downloaded w/ yt-dlp or so)?
afaik intel cannot decode 10 bpc in hardware.
Also: is this a wayland or X11 session?
