[SOLVED] Pipewire Audio and Gnome

I have a new install of Arch with gnome and I am using pipewire for audio. When I try to listen to anything I don't get any audio and no devices appear in my audio settings. I am not sure if I have pipewire setup incorrectly or if I need to link it gnome in some way. Any feedback is appreciated.

UPDATE: It is working with my headphones, but it wont show my laptop speakers as an available device.

Sure it does, because you haven't installed the package that owns aplay.
The intended hint was, that you install alsa-utils and then post the requested output of aplay.

Is the headset that USB-C device? Or is the headset Bluetooth?
It looks like you have audio available over HDMI, but you are right, I don't see any analog stuff there, with the possible exception of that USB-C thing.

Let's look a little deeper.
