Hi,
I've just installed Arch on a HP EliteDesk mini 705 G4 (mini PC, Ryzen 2200G), but can't get sound to work. /dev/snd is empty, /proc/asound/cards lists no cards, lspci returned some audio devices, but they look unsued :
0a:00.1 Audio device: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Raven/Raven2/Fenghuang HDMI/DP Audio Controller
Subsystem: Hewlett-Packard Company Device 83e9
Flags: fast devsel, IRQ 255, IOMMU group 1
Memory at d0688000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [disabled] [size=16K]
Capabilities: <access denied>
Kernel modules: snd_hda_intel
0a:00.6 Audio device: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD] Family 17h/19h HD Audio Controller
Subsystem: Hewlett-Packard Company Device 83e9
Flags: fast devsel, IRQ 255, IOMMU group 1
Memory at d0680000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [disabled] [size=32K]
Capabilities: <access denied>
Kernel modules: snd_hda_intel
Among the vaious things I have tried :
options snd_intel_dspcfg dsp_driver=1
options snd-hda-intel dmic_detect=0
options snd-hda-intel model=laptop-amic enable=yes
But none worked. The also.info.sh data is available at http://alsa-project.org/db/?f=3b4472574 … fe574425a5
Needless to say the BIOS is updated, the OS is also up to date. Sound works in Windows, named "Synaptics audio HD", something like that
