Trouble installing meson/mu/mu4e

I am trying to install mu/mu4e which requires meson be installed first.  When I try to install meson

pacman -S meson

I am getting

error: failed retrieving file 'meson-0.63.2-1-any.pkg.tar.zst' from <mirror name> : The requested URL returned error: 404

which prints for all the mirrors (repos?)

Evidently this is gone.  Where should I go from here?  Is there another way to install meson or another way to install mu/mu4e?

I am new to Arch, though have used other distros for years.  I presume there is a way to dump output to a pastebin with Arch but I haven't found it yet, if someone could direct me to info on that it would be a big help.
