problem with nvidia and network

Hey. Long time no see.
now the question: when I finish install Arch, he always tries to get an IP from the network, but only gets it after  3 or 4 times, after i reboot the pc that same number of times.
Also, i can't seem to find the nvidia drivers for the NIC interfaces on my motherboard on the repos anymore. For the record, I have an Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe mobo.
Can someone help me, please?
