On 30/10 I did a pacman -Suy, termination was normal.
today when I restart system i got plasma ready, working properly but when I start "konsole" i got "/bin/bash crashed". I try "terminal", "xterm", the same.
I went to alt-f2, login prompt ok, but any user, root or other, can be used.
Usually I start linux-lts (5.xx), i try linux (6.02), the same.
I try with arch-chroot but still no possibility.
The only way to manage the system is under plasma with dolphin and kate ! --- I am a bit confused

Boot the live system. Bring the network up. Mount your partitions. arch-chroot into the system and pacman -Syu. Make sure you get the patched readline.

What exactly was the error message you got? Alternatively use kate to fix your /etc/locale and remove ~/.config/plasma-localerc https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Locale … ng_locales https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Locale … the_locale

The problem was libreadline fault
1) download readline package and extract it
2) boot system with live usb, dvd
3) mount system partition
4) substitute in /usr/lib libreadline.so.8.2
5) reboot
