Missing mpeg-1 video decoder (Solved)

Hi I was doing some research online and i need several packages relating to gstreamer to get a native windows game to run in wine. i have my wine configured to handle most games i play with the exseption of a mmo i really love to play. i heard of a package native to ubuntu called "ubuntu-restricted-extras". It has to do with gstreamer and allows for functionality for indeplth windows games to run fluid on linux with lutris or wine. Does anybody know where i can get these packages for Arch or should I download the packages fresh off the web or are they available in AUR?

The packages generated by https://aur.archlinux.org/pkgbase/lib32-gst-bad-ugly should contain all/most of what's necessary here.

You've completely missed all of the relevant information out of your post.

Which game are you trying to play and where does it come from?

Thanks guys, that really solved my problem. I don't feel at liberty to say what mmo im playing due to copyright or windows infringment reasons, it's not anything innapropiriate it's an all ages game. This issue completely solved my problem.

that solves my issue with the missing codec. im still getting my screen to crash on this game and it relates to a gstreamerer error with wine but it works fine in windowed mode. only problem is most ppl play video games at full screen.

We'll hardly be able to comment on that w/o knowing game and specific error and tha's apparently a problem because:

Uncharted Waters Online. I managed to get it running in steam. However me screen minimizes and I get a gstreamer error. After what i thought was the mpeg1 decoder plugin i needed but i managed to install that anyway and i was getting still problems.
