Mouse Scrolling got uncontrollable

Hello everyone ,
                            i am normal arch linux user , i have some issue with my mouse scrolling . Sometimes my mouse scrolling got uncontrollable
i am irritated with this , i scaned  my os for viruses but no virus found . i use  a external keyboard and mouse with my laptop , i think it will be happening  with my external mouse but when i remove the usb it also did not stop . I don't know why this is happening with me.

Please help! me.

Context, symptoms, check whether "sudo libinput debug-events" picks up events (and from where)

As Seth said -- elaborate.  What desktop environment / window manager?  What video cards?  Does the mouse move? does it freeze? does it move too fast?
You added the word 'scrolling'  is that superfluous? or do you specifically have issues with the scrolling function of the mouse as opposed to the pointing functions of the mouse?

Have you read through your logs for clues?

arch_linux_user990, you seem to have edited your post well after seth's comment, yet you ignored his request to remove the pleas for help.  While he may have been a bit abrupt with that request, he was quite right - and completely ignoring it should would not generally lead to having it repeated more "politely" (though I'm making every effort to do so at the moment).

Hello everyone , I am using kde 5.26 and desktop environment . Sometimes my mouse behave strange , i think it will be a malware but i am worng there is no malware after the scan . I noticed that my mouse do uncontrollable scrollling when i am ssh with my other device .

The most important information is missing, what's your mouse? If it's anything Logitech it will likely have been affected by the hires scroll wheel enablement of the 6.1 kernel and you should look at the thread seth linked for pointers and potential workarounds (though this shouldn't still have an effect if you literally unplugged the mouse, best would be to check sudo libinput debug-events as mentioned, maybe post the relevant logs) .
