Php not working on nginx error 404

I followed these instructions https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/nginx#FastCGI
And I created index.php and when I try to go to the main page php-fpm doesn't process the page! I see a 404 error
Same when trying to navigate to /test.php. html pages work fine

Please provide all related config files as well as nginx' and php-fpm's logs.
