Hello
I ran into a problem since update last week. So far this issue is different than https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=283719
I have a wireless mouse and keyboard I use on my desktop with my laptop.
When I started using it, no issue. I just plugged the receiver in an usb port all all went fine (keyboard and mouse).
As of now, only the keyboard work, Mouse does not move (I checked under my dual boot, all fine).
A few hints:

I run xfce and the mouse is well recognized as a mouse under the settings.
I installed solaar (although it worked without) and it tells me:
[brice@TuxBox:~]$ solaar show
solaar version 1.1.8
EX100 Receiver 27 Mhz
Device path : /dev/hidraw2
USB id : 046d:C517
Serial : None
Has 2 paired device(s) out of a maximum of 4.
Notifications: wireless (0x000100)

I checked under my dual boot, all fine
3rd link below. Mandatory.
Disable it (it's NOT the BIOS setting!) and reboot windows and linux twice for voodo reasons.
Mouse does not move
Does it generate events in
- evtest
- libinput debug-events
- xev -event mouse
?
Edit: also check for https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=283719

well it lives
here is what happens when I move it:
in libinput:
event5 - Logitech Wireless Mouse PID:0081: Unexpected event type EV_REL (0x2)
evtest
Event: time 1677329649.960979, type 2 (EV_REL), code 1 (REL_Y), value -2

nothing in xev as the pointer does not move.

Seen the other thread and whether it's identified as a tablet?
