Dual booting Arch linux and MacOS on a Macbook14,1

I just installed arch linux on my mbp, I have setup systemd-boot correctly as described by the arch wiki. First I thought I was just going to be booting to either Arch or MacOS by holding the option key each time when booting up, but I saw an entry named macOS in the systemd menu but when I boot into it, It was the mac recovery that showed up. Now I am thinking booting both Arch linux and MacOS using systemd-boot is convenient, but I don't know how to do it. Do I need to first delete the 'macOS' entry and then add a new one or just add a new entry in the ESP and how am I going to add the entry?

If any information is needed I can post it.

Thanks for the help!

Re: Dual booting Arch linux and MacOS on a Macbook14,1

I followed those exact steps, they helped make the dual boot work, but the 'macOS' entry in the systemd-boot menu is booting to recovery, that's the issue i wanna solve, I want to fix that entry to make it boot into normal macOS not recovery mode. And btw I didn't define the macOS entry found in the systemd-boot menu. It just showed up from no where

Never mind, I have switched to using rEFInd, It automatically detects macOS from preboot and also other bootable partitions, works well for dual booting
