[SOLVED] deleted resolv.conf and now I have no internet

I was trying to set my default dns to google and ended up deleting my resolv.conf file. now I cant recreate it no more. I tried sudo nano /etc/resolv.conf but I get no such file or directory when trying to save changes. what can I do?

edit: just removed the file again with rm command and it recreated by itself.

I used that link as you did not mention what you are using to control your network.  Follow the appropriate link from there.
