Probably a lot of people are about to kill me, but is there any simple way to create a vpn connection between two laptops in other homes, one is arch (mine) and the other is ubuntu. I will be grateful for guidance.
I want this to secure connect with ubuntu and sometimes install there some stuff or help my coussin.

No.
You might be best off by purchasing a paid subscription with a company tthat helps you set up their software and manage your connections. Something like AnyDesk, GoTo (formerly LogMeIn), or TeamViewer. But that approach can be pricey.
If you're serious about doing this yourself, you can start by reviewing the difference between remote desktop software and VPN software.
Wikipedia has some great articles, but there's tons of stuff right here in the Arch Wiki, too.

Also, have a look at ZeroTier:
https://www.zerotier.com/
https://archlinux.org/packages/communit … otier-one/
It's a convenient way to create a parallel virtual network (and free for up to 25 nodes); all computers in your ZeroTier network can access each other from anywhere you have an internet connection. It seems pretty secure to me, but it may be a good idea to have a read for yourself (https://docs.zerotier.com/zerotier/manual).
EDIT: If all you need is to help your cousin from time to time, then full network connectivity would be overkill, and you might be better off just using something like TeamViewer: https://www.teamviewer.com
