When i turn on my pc i was going to update my OS (Arch Linux Fresh Install) with Yay -Syu and "aur.archlinux.org" starts
to give "404" - "Network Unreacheable" and other errors.
When i try to ping from other devices with the same i get the same.
i use a proxy and vpn and everything works fine.
any help?

1. Wait until the ban is over.
2. Use an AUR helper that does not hammer the AUR RPC and see if anyone else behind your IP uses yay.

That doesn't really suggest an IP ban...
And a 404 is not "network unreachable", so are those two different errors you've recieved at different times?
... and other errors.
Would you care to tell us about those??

The ban cools down - the only thing you've to "touch" for this is *NOT* the AUR.
If you are/keep using abusive AUR helpers, you'll run into a ban again.
Or this never was a ban - as Trilby pointed out, your error description is rather vague.
