Bose Qc45 Not Displayed in Pulseaudio

Hello everyone.
I deeply scanned this forum to avoid duplicate entry, but as far as i know i found some similar issues to mine but unfortunatly i was not able to solve this issue.
I have my Bluetooth headphone connected, paired and thrusted by my system, but in the Pulse Audio device list there is no entry for my headphones.

Wich  step should i take to solve this?

Your headset appears to be registered as an input (-only) device.
What does pacmd say about the device?
Have you followed these steps?

Re: Bose Qc45 Not Displayed in Pulseaudio

The audio support isn't loaded at all. pulseaudio-bluetooth appears installed and loaded though. Maybe check whether you'll have more luck with pipewire by replacing pulseaudio with pipewire-pulse

Re: Bose Qc45 Not Displayed in Pulseaudio

There is a way i can solve the issue without a wolktrough (i mean, i would stick with pulse audio and avoid the circumnavigation of the problem). Most of all for a short period of time it worked, and i was able to use bluetooth headseat as input and output. After an update this is no more.

Re: Bose Qc45 Not Displayed in Pulseaudio

Update of what? Kernel/bluez/pulseaudio? Can you test the LTS kernel/downgrade to a known working kernel? linux-firmware might also be a candidate. Sometimes bluetooth state can get wonky and you can try completely resetting that by deleting /var/lib/bluetooth and re-pairing the device.

Re: Bose Qc45 Not Displayed in Pulseaudio

The whole 3. I updated and i remember that kerne, pulse and bluez where updated. But unfortunately i can't remember the version i started from so i cannot downgrade.
I'll try your hint and as for last resource i will try pipewire-pulse
