Hmm, this stuff should be in the Unstable repo - ftp://ftp.archlinux.org/unstable/os/x86_64. Looks like that dir is empty though... You should file a feature request, see if you can get the devs to put the stuff in Unstable/x86_64 that ought to be there. Same with ntfs-3g... it looks as though the stuff in the i686 and x86_64 branches isn't quite being kept in sync. :?

Don't expect an unstable repo for Arch64 soon because, currently, there's not enough 64bits devs. They can barely keep up with syncing the current/extra repos. There's more comments about that in the "other architecture" forum.
Maos: Did you checked the "other architecture" forum? There's discussions about beryl. You could also try to use the 32bits PKGBUILD. They might work.
