Vulkan not working

i reinstalled arch it used to work but for somereason doesnt work when i type vulkaninfo i get :
ERROR: [Loader Message] Code 0 : loader_scanned_icd_add: Could not get 'vkCreateInstance' via 'vk_icdGetInstanceProcAddr' for ICD libGLX_nvidia.so.0
ERROR: [Loader Message] Code 0 : vkCreateInstance: Found no drivers!
Cannot create Vulkan instance.
This problem is often caused by a faulty installation of the Vulkan driver or attempting to use a GPU that does not support Vulkan.
ERROR at /usr/src/debug/vulkan-tools/Vulkan-Tools-1.3.245/vulkaninfo/vulkaninfo.h:677:vkCreateInstance failed with ERROR_INCOMPATIBLE_DRIVER

but i got gtx 1050 whic is vulkan compatible and i get the same erors when  trying to play war thunder

and  even tho some games works i get very very poor performance

Please also add

$ lspci -knn

output so we can see what hardware you have (especially how many and which videocards) .

clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky

i did reinstall of arch linux and vulkaninfo command is not working but vulkan is working now on games  , last time was fresh install to what changed who the hell knows .
and i did lspci it was showing my gpu and i had the all of the nvidia drivers .
