I had installed Arch on an external SSD and it is booting successfully for some time but I didn't connect the SSD for one month and just connected it today but only Windows is starting not Linux
Ps: Tried disabling secure boot, and fast boot and also changed the order sequence but didn't work.
I'm a newbie, please suggest an understandable answer.
Hoping for a positive response.

What does "not starting" mean?
Can you select it in your bootloader, and then the boot inits, but stops?
Where? What's the last thing you see?
Did you disable the quiet parameter and try to boot the multi-user.target (2nd link below), in doubt along "nomodeset"?
Or does windows just start unconditionally?
Does the SSD show up in the UEFI?
What is your bootloader?
In doubt, 3rd link below. Mandatory.
Disable it (it's NOT the BIOS setting!) and reboot windows and linux twice for voodo reasons.

I can see my SSD in the boot options, as you said windows is just starting unconditionally, "no boot inits and stops" and my bootloader is GRUB.
I have disabled fast startup too

Is grub installed on the "new" SSD or the present disk?
Can you select the "new" SSD as boot device (from UEFI)?

GRUB is installed on the new SSD and I can able to select that SSD from the Boot sequence options but nothing works

but nothing works
Please don't paraphrase, https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=57855
If you can select the SSD as booting device and grub doesn't start, there's no bootloader (grub) installed on that device and the firmware likely progresses to the next candidate (your windows disk)
Did you inspect the SSD offline (ie. booting a live distro and check what is actually on that drive, notably whether there's bootloader installed)
Did you maybe change the UEFI config from or to legacy mode or replace the motherboard or stuff like that?

Issue Resolved
Installed GRUB again that solved the issue, thanks for the help!
