hi. i could have boot into my system up until i did ( pacman -Syu) while chrooted
to the system ( i was on the live install ) and then i can't boot into the system anymore ( there was a kernel update)
how can i address this ?

Why and how can't you boot? What error messages do you get?
On a limb: did you forget to mount the /boot partition while updating in the chroot?
Why did you chroot from a live system to run an update to begin with?

yes, i was forgot to mount the /boot device since all i needed is to download
dhcpcd in the new installation and on the way just did pacman -Syu
