arch stuck on loading NVIDIA UNIX module

after installing a new Nvidia driver (from the website), I rebooted the OS and saw that it was stuck on this particular message:

 [    4.553735] NVRM: loading NVIDIA UNIX x86_64 Kernel Module 530.41.03 Thu Mar 16 19:48:20 UTC 2023 

I tried chrooting into the system and reinstalling Nvidia drivers from pacman but it didn't work. Halp

Htf did you end up w/ that idea?

And uninstall the other driver first.
