trouble with rtw_8822bu firmware and TP Link Archer T3U Plus AC1300

Hi,
Im trying to get my usb wifi adapter to work. I was following Network configuration/Wireless wiki page and Im stuck because although my interface driver seems to be registered ip link does not show my wireless network interface. I know this is propably some issue with firmware but I've tried some open source alternatives and I couldnt even compile them and they dont seem to get any support. Im making this post with hope that maybe someone have some recent experience with getting similiar adapter to work. Let me know if I need to post more information or if I violate any rules
Here are some informations and logs:

uname -r

Re: trouble with rtw_8822bu firmware and TP Link Archer T3U Plus AC1300

[ 11.489416] rtw_8822bu 1-8:1.0: Direct firmware load for rtw88/rtw8822b_fw.bin failed with error -2
pacman -Qs firmware

https://archlinux.org/packages/core/any/linux-firmware/

If you have the package, you could try to decompress the firmware (no idea whether that's a problem w/ the driver)
