Display manager taking ages to start

SDDM takes around 15 seconds to start automatically on boot. LightDM is taking even longer (~1min) to automatically start. What is causing my display managers to take so long to boot?

Then please post the output of

systemd-analyze critical-chain |  | curl -F 'f:1=<-' ix.io

and a complete system journal for the boot:

sudo journalctl -b | curl -F 'f:1=<-' ix.io
