It looks like you could shave 2 seconds off of when you'd be able to log in - if your multiuser target wasn't waiting for networking to be fully up (which is a silly design from the outset ... what's the point of starting processes in parallel if they're arbitrarily set to postpone others so they cant launch in parallel?)
