How can i achieve even faster boot times?

Its fairly specific because I already did a lot from the wiki to improve my boot time. (At least everything I could)

About my system:
ThinkPad X1 Yoga Gen2
Arch with Standart Kernel 6.4.3 (I update everytime)

This is my current boot-time plot from systemd-analyze:

It looks like you could shave 2 seconds off of when you'd be able to log in - if your multiuser target wasn't waiting for networking to be fully up (which is a silly design from the outset ... what's the point of starting processes in parallel if they're arbitrarily set to postpone others so they cant launch in parallel?)
