systemd-253.6-2: default route missing after suspend-to-ram

After latest update, default route disappears after suspend-to-ram.
Have to run "systemctl restart systemd-networkd" after resume.
I have all static settings.

Same here.
The last release to work is systemd-253.5-2. All versions up to systemd-254rc2-2 do not.

I get this in logs; which would explain why systemd-network does not apply the route.

systemd-networkd[246581]: enp5s0: Could not set route: Nexthop has invalid gateway. Network is unreachable
