Impossible Launch New Applications

Hi. When i'm boot pc, everythng fine. But after some minutes, i can't launch new applications. When I launch new applications, this is the message: Errore di risorsa (fork non riuscito): Impossibile allocare memoria (Resource error (fork failed): Unable to allocate memory).

Thanks for help.

UPDATE: when I launch an application with krunner, it works.

- What "applications" (list of examples)?
- how can't you launch them (what do you do, enter a command in konsole)?
- "export LC_ALL=C" for non-localized errors etc.
- where can't you launch them

loginctl session-status

And from the initial symptom description, also post the output of

hostnamectl
