[SOLVED] Some keyboard controls not working

So this happened a couple of days ago, and I'm certain it's not a hardware problem, but I haven't been able to find a solution anywhere, so I posted here as a last resort.

If it's not broken, fix it.

xev -event keyboard/libinput debug-events/evtest/showkeys
And why are you "certain it's not a hardware problem"? Hope?

Re: [SOLVED] Some keyboard controls not working

Because control works intermitently, and it sometimes everything magically works for some time and then it doesn't, I'll check what you sent, thanks!

Re: [SOLVED] Some keyboard controls not working

Those are 4 different tools to monitor input.
Your description however makes it sound like a hw issue more than anything else.
Boot some live distro or sth. entirelky different like haiku and see whether the keyboard misbehaves there as well.
And try a different keyboard, if you can.
