Yes, it was actually. No matter which toolkit you used the title bar /was/ consistent.
(I am speaking in past-tense, this is all obviously still available if you skip Gnome-on-Wayland's takeover of Wayland-on-Desktop or remain with X11)

Same thing happens on X right now. Open Evince or gedit and see how much it resembles all the other apps (from different toolkits).

Sorry for nobish question - i read Wayland at Archwiki. Why i don't have weston.ini in ~/.config ? I need something to do or what? Tried to launch Wayland from SDDM and in Plasma mode it was horrible slow, in the second one it dont even launched.
