Only 1 core of CPU working

After installing Arch Linux, I feel like I only have one core running, it's the only one under load.
The overall operation feels jerky and slow

What can this be related to?

Include explanations of log messages from the message catalog where available:

# journalctl -x

Note that this feature should not be used when attaching logs to bug reports and support threads, as to limit extraneous output

Please post full lspci -k output and (as root) journalctl -b | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.st .

The 2nd command will show an url once it has finished, post that url .
