Only 1 core of CPU working

After installing Arch Linux, I feel like I only have one core running, it's the only one under load.
The overall operation feels jerky and slow

What can this be related to?

Logs (etc/default/grub, journalctl -xeb, lscpu, lsmod, neofetch): https://mega.nz/file/Nn0AlSKC#5TgUiLhS0 … g2v0ZFLjF8

https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Systemd/Journal#Filtering_output wrote:

Include explanations of log messages from the message catalog where available:

# journalctl -x

Note that this feature should not be used when attaching logs to bug reports and support threads, as to limit extraneous output

emphasis by me

Please post full lspci -k output and (as root) journalctl -b | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.st .

The 2nd command will show an url once it has finished, post that url .

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky
