no network upon first boot [FIXED]

I just installed arch base system only and upon first boot up I have no internet. My ethernet card seems to either not be configured properly or it is not being started up on boot. Can someone help me out with this problem, let me know what extra information I need to provide and I will get that. Thanks for any help.

Did you check the wiki and make sure you have it all setup right?

Re: no network upon first boot [FIXED]

Thanks for the reply. I missed the section in the rc.conf file about dhcp networks. So I changed that and now my network works great. No I just need to get my sound working and I can start liking arch.
