Your mirrors are not relevant: they are not used for AUR packages. Your build failed in retreiving the source from the gnu savannah servers. In my experience, they don't have the most reliable connection and / or uptime. I just downloaded the source successfully, so they are up and running now. Have you tried again? If it still fails, can you ping download.savannah.gnu.org?

You obtained crack-attack-1.1.14.tar.gz in post #11 so you do not need to modify the PKGBUILD to change the location to obtain it from.
Now you have the source move it to the directory containing the crack-attack PKGBUILD, if it is not in it already then rerun makepkg.
