HD 6850 sometimes works, sometimes not

I installed HD 6850 into my PC several days ago. Since then my Arch installation sometimes boots up, sometimes not. If it fails, than after screen with some lines about vectors and irqs is restarts screen and switches to new console. If if fails, after screen restart it goes completely black, and i cant do anything excluding Ctrl+Alt+Del.
Which details can i provide you?

Hi, and welcome to the forums!
Did you read/follow instructions here: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/AMDGPU ?

I already did everything i could with drivers, nothing worked. And i have the same problem on distros like ubuntu or manjaro, but kali said something about my gpu drivers and automatically set 720x480p resolution.

cat /proc/cmdline

+ a list of the drivers/firmware you've installed might be helpful for the more knowledgeable amongst us...

Im doing my best trying to run arch installer for these commands... I already erased my Arch installation, cuz it bricked.
