[SOLVED] bluetoothd Failed to add UUID: Failed (0x03)

I cannot connect to Bluetooth anymore; I do not use it very often, so I am not sure when it happened.

$ bluetoothctl

I am not sure which UUID it is trying to add. I assume it's the bluetooth bus.

$ lsusb | grep "Blue"
Bus 003 Device 004: ID 8087:0032 Intel Corp. AX210 Bluetooth

I have tried restarting it, rebooting, and reinstalling bluez. I am not sure what to do next.

Here is the inxi if it helps, idk. I found a Manjaro post while googling and they felt it mattered. The only thing I can see in it is that the bluetooth driver is btusb. But

Re: [SOLVED] bluetoothd Failed to add UUID: Failed (0x03)

I had this issue and found out that Bluetooth was soft-blocked in `rfkill list`. Running `rfkill unblock bluetooth` helped

That did apparently solve it. Why is bluetooth being blocked in rfkill?
