[SOLVED] netplan + systemd-networkd (too slow)

Hi, I'm starting to try working with netplan + systemd-networkd to configure the network and everything works as it should, but I'm very annoyed by the speed, for example when using netplan try I wait about 20-40 seconds before it appears:

Do you want to keep these settings?

Press ENTER before the timeout to accept the new configuration

Changes will revert in 109 seconds

I tried installing Ubuntu server 23.10 in virtualbox and it's a matter of 1-2 seconds.

Does anyone have any experience why it takes so long on Arch? Is there any way to tweak it?
