Dash to panel settings dialog keeps crashing [SOLVED]

I've just done a brand new arch install with the latest version of gnome and the gnome-shell-extension-dash-to-panel extension. The extension itself appears to work fine but when I go into extensions and then the Dash to Panel settings, the settings page crashes after a few seconds and the only way I can bring it back is to log out and log in again. However, it keeps crashing after a few seconds. I'm using gnome on wayland and an nvidia driver.

[SOLVED] right clicking on the toolbar instead of going through  extensions solves the crashing problem

I've also been getting this on my fully updated arch.  Happens with every extension dialog.  I at first thought it was `mutter` which was recently updated but it doesn't appear to be that (I reverted to`45.2` and it still happens.

Will bisect the updates to see if I can narrow this down a bit more (I have a timeshift state where this doesn't occur).

Does this still happen for other extension dialogs for you @systemshq?
