Recover network deleted from Network Manager

I accidently deleted my Ethernet connection from networkmanager (as in the delete button in nmtui), and I don't really know what to do to get it back.

ip link show

shows enp7s0 as ethernet, but there is nothing in

/etc/NetworkManager/system-connections

Ive restarted the network and completely uninstalled and reinstalled network mamager from the pacman cache but nothing makes it show up again. How do i make it come back?
