Someone elses GPG key on my system

Today I was configuring gpg keys for password management, And Today I Decided to list it
I Found some of my keys and a key from someone else, It had there name and email
I tried sending them an email but haven't got any response about the key

The key generation was before I got my laptop. Which I got in summer of 2023 to treat myself
This key is from 2021 which was after i wiped my computer of windows.

The only possible thing im thinking of is if i got it from the mirror, or from a program.
im not thinking of the latter because they have a privated account on github and gitlab and from Berlin

If anybody could help with my next course of action that would be much appreciated
Thank you

A private key or a public key? If it's a public key, it's likely something you imported, possibly for building an AUR package or verifying an email.
