[SOLVED] Error While Installing Typescript in Arch Linux

I wanted to install Cosmic Desktop Environment in My VM and i got this:

I think that there is not  'c-ares-1.21.0-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst' in any mirrors in the world maybe?
And looks like it tried to find the file but it couldn't find it?
So, I kindly asking any to fix my problem .

Your system is out of date. The current version of c-ares is 1.22.0-1

Try

sudo pacman -Syu git typescript make
