[Solved] Plasma6 National flags not displayed

about "keyboard layout flags", that's what I meant, it just broke at the same time.

I have this problem on 2 out of 3 computers (one is ok).
Problem is present on both plasma6/wayland and plasma6/X11 and also for existing and newly created user.

On plasma5 flags are taken from /usr/share/kf5/locale/countries/{coutry_code}/flag.png and have rectangular shape.
On plasma6 location is unknown (for me) and flags have wave (flying in the wind) shape.

Any hint, how to repair it?
