Please post your complete system journal for the boot:

sudo journalctl -b | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.st

Please also post your Xorg log, https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Xorg#General
If this is wayland, run some X11 session and post the log still - it'll reveal what the output is actually attached to and how your system is configured otherwise.
