[Solved]Sound not working, including bluetooth headset

Hello, I am new to arch linux. After installation I realized that the sound doesn't work, then I connected my Galaxy Buds 2 headset via bluetooth but it didn't work, then I downloaded the galaxy buds client with aur repository and tried it and it didn't work again. I searched on the internet and they usually add something to the file in /etc/modeprobe.d. But my modeprobe.d folder is empty. What should I do in this case?

Yes, you are right, I didn't read that part, I wasn't sure what information I was supposed to give. I'm using KDE and I connected using the bluetooth option in the bottom right corner. Here is the output of the commands you mentioned:

I installed it as you said and restarted it. now the speaker icon in the bottom right corner looks fine, but when I open a video or music from the internet, there is no sound and the video or music does not start.

After rebooting a couple of times, I started to get sound from the speaker, but no sound from the bluetooth headset. When I look at the volume tab at the bottom right I don't see the bluetooth device there.

BT is distinct from speaker audio in any case.

pulseaudio-bluetooth was not installed, I installed it.

The speaker doesn't seem to be working properly either. Now I restarted it and at first there was sound and then I mute it. Suddenly it showed 41% sound on the screen. I'm trying and now there's no sound.

I use the command 'systemctl --user restart pulseaudio' and it works for a while and then it breaks again.

Update;

I don't know why it's fixed now, but both bluetooth and speaker are working properly.
We can close the topic. After a few reboots it was fixed, I don't understand.
