I did find one old thread about similar problem, I did already try to switch off wifi before plugin ethernet. I did also check bios, but automatic switch off radio when ethernet cable plug in was disabled.
thanks for any help / tip

While the backtrace is vastly different (this happened in iwlwifi), the symptoms certainly match https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=291148 and https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php … 0#p2136220 - maybe same cause?
but automatic switch off radio when ethernet cable plug in was disabled.
Fuck.
https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=294828 ?
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/ke … 6a61e486a1 or rather https://www.spinics.net/lists/stable/msg734694.html is also what stuck out to me on google before I saw the arch thread…
No problem w/ 6.8.[1-4]?

yes, I did downgrade from 6.8.5 to 6.8.4 and it is ok.
yes, I did try to search for while, but somehow did not find that thread #294828.
anyway thank very much. I know what problem is and have solution ...

In case there's a misunderstanding:
The "fuck" was in self-reference because I had looked up the threads concerning the other condition, then read the rest of your post and figured: imaybeshouldadonethatbefore…
But fwwi, the relevant search phrase was "e1000e_read_phy_reg_mdic", everything before and after is rather generic.
