Hey i am using thunar as my file manager but everytime, I use it to save something or insert something into libreoffice, it opens a giant window in which i can't see anything, My question is how to adjust that size for overall system

If you are talking about the save dialog in libreoffice that is not thunar but the file picker of the toolkit. That needs to be set to be floating, not entirely familiar with awesome, but googling with the correct terms gives: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=148205

not only the savebox every file popout in every program like browser, code editors opening box is not a good size always too much length

Maybe easier for you, but is a private link.
You can also use imgur.com or
cat screenshot.png | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.st

Even if so, that dialog box is always that same box... whether you open or save it's the GtkFileChooserDialog and not Thunar.

The thing goes into the awful.rules.rules function.
