I have no idea when this issue started. Nowadays I don't use my computer, I open it to do some writing, sometimes studying. These usually take place in the daytime, so I didn't even notice the keyboard light not working.
Interesting part is half of the light is working. You see, my computer has a ring like light underneath the actual keyboard, around the body of the laptop, facing towards me. They work just fine, they respond to me changing the lighting power from my fn+ f2/3 combination. Actual keyboard part lights up on startup, on sleep and on shutdown only, but those are probably related to BIOS rather that the OS.
I just did a fresh arch install with archinstall script, hoping it would help. I was planing to cleanup my files anyways, that became an excuse to me.
Yapping apart I have a clue from open rgb:
WARNING:
One or more I2C/SMBus interfaces failed to initialize.
RGB DRAM modules and some motherboards' onboard RGB lighting will not be available without I2C/SMBus.
On Linux, this is usually because the i2c-dev module is not loaded. You must load the i2c-dev module along with the correct i2c driver for your motherboard. This is usually i2c-piix4 for AMD systems and i2c-i801 for Intel systems.
See help.openrgb.org for additional troubleshooting steps if you keep seeing this message.I reinstalled i2c-tools, no change whatsoever. I couldn't find anything related to "i2c-piix4" on arch wiki
I have this also:
$ i2cdetect -l
i2c-0 i2c Synopsys DesignWare I2C adapter I2C adapter
i2c-1 i2c Synopsys DesignWare I2C adapter I2C adapter
i2c-2 smbus SMBus PIIX4 adapter port 0 at 0b00 SMBus adapter
i2c-3 smbus SMBus PIIX4 adapter port 2 at 0b00 SMBus adapter
i2c-4 smbus SMBus PIIX4 adapter port 1 at 0b20 SMBus adapter
i2c-5 i2c DP-1 I2C adapter
i2c-6 i2c AMDGPU DM i2c hw bus 0 I2C adapter
i2c-7 i2c AMDGPU DM i2c hw bus 1 I2C adapter
i2c-8 i2c AMDGPU DM aux hw bus 0 I2C adapterEdit: Now it is working perfectly fine. I did nothing, it just works now.

off-topic:
Şimdilik bu ışık işini çözsem yeter. Geceler şu sıralar normalden uzun geçiyor.. Burdan o hanıma esenlikler. Mutludur kendisi, biliyorum. o7
Just a fix for the light issue is needed. Temporary is acceptable, maybe requiring a few steps everytime I open the pc. I barely open the computer but when I do I could use them lights.
