I don't think it is a driver or configuration issue because I can't enter ArchISO live environment either. I can't enter TTY, the display turns off before login shell shows up.
The GPU turns on the RGB lights when I plug the power cable but the fan never starts spinning.

HDMI-1-0 is supposed to be enabled at 1920x1080 overlapping w/ the 1440x900 DP-1 when you called "xrandr -q"
At this point you got "no signal"?
How are you "only using my graphics card"? All the data you posted suggests both VGA devices are active (as they have to be since the DP is wired to the IGP)?

I'm not only using my graphics card to make the outputs because I can't reach login console if I'm using only my GPU. I'm using Intel integrated graphics to have output in other monitor too. The system works exactly how it should but there is no ouput from the GPU and no power is being consumed. xrandr can effectively manage the display and move it from monitor to monitor but the HDMI-1-0 display seems to be as a phantom display.
I can use mons command to make a duplicate, to use only my secondary monitor (which is not connected to GPU) or to use only the main monitor (which is connected to GPU). If I move all the display to use only the main monitor, it disappears and I have to blindly open the terminal and execute mons -d command. I also tried by setting PEG as main from BIOS but that just makes every possible output disappear before login with no response, completely blind.

Before the problem, I've been using two monitors perfectly for about 2 months using Multi-Monitor feature from MSI BIOS and managing them via arandr.

Ok, we'll need some data from the disbehaving system, though.
Start w/ the system journal and pot. xorg log - if you cannot ssh into the system (what would be ideal) reboot using the https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Keyboa … el_(SysRq) and only boot into the multi-user.target.
The remaining xorg log will be that of the failing boot (if you reached X11) and
sudo journalctl -b -1 | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.stallows you to upload the system journal of the previous boot ("-1") into a pastebin service from the console.
Edit: please don't bump - edit you previous post if nobody has yet replied.
Also don't unconditionallly fully quote posts, you're just bloating the thread.
