[SOLVED] New Wifi networks register, but no password is added to them.

Hi there!
I'm using Budgie on my Thinkpad X1 Carbon (Kabylake). Wifi has worked flawlessly with NetworkManager and Gnome Control Center (I have not installed any other networking tools like iwctl to my knowledge), however recently I've noticed a frankly quite annoying issue.
Whenever I try to register a network via Gnome Control Center, the Wifi Network is registered, but it fails to connect. On inspecting the network, I see that no password was added to it (I was not asked to input a password). I looked around and it seemed to be an issue with Gnome Keyring, so I inspected it using Seahorse. However, I saw that my Keyring is empty (There's only one keyring named Login). Using nmcli and nmtui does work, but it's weird why Gnome Control Center does not work. I even went as far to delete my Login Keyring and then try adding networks but it did not work; the behavior of "wifi registed" -> "no password is asked" persists. (I have a backup to before I did the Keyring delete, and I can restore it to back then)

Logs that might help.

Re: [SOLVED] New Wifi networks register, but no password is added to them.

I found the solution!
I installed

network-manager-applet

and it did the trick. It's not perfect; Now I have an ugly tray applet to go with my other 5 tray applets, but now I am prompted for passwords in new places. The passwords still do not save in my Keyring, but it works!

So, TLDR, maybe try installing

network-manager-applet

and then logging out then logging back in.
