Why there's still no kernel 6.11.X available in the core repo?

What's with the new kernel version that hasn't been pushed from testing to core repo and eventually went out of date? Any particular issues?

The 6.11 mainline kernel releases are usually not moved to the stable
repositories, instead most of the time the first stable gets pushed to
the repos.

I didn't know that. Is there some kind of "special policy" behind this?

So that's why I got so confused after It's FOSS said that Linux 6.10 was going to get on Arch soon, only to realize it took days just to get to core-testing.

I messed my Arch Linux installation, then fixed it smile

Re: Why there's still no kernel 6.11.X available in the core repo?

Looking at the ALA, 6.10 was available on Arch from July-October. Either "It's FOSS" is way behind the times, or that was a typo on your part. Either way 6.11 has been available on Arch since the start of October, so I'm going to go ahead and close this answered topic.
