python-pythondialog removed?

Hello everyone,

I tried to install protonvpn-cli, but the installation fails because there is a not met requirement in my system.
python-pythondialog is missing and when I tried to install it I was not able to, so I just googled it and found this page:
https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/an … hondialog/

I think the removal of the package must be more or less recent, because not so long ago I installed protonvpn-cli also in an archlinux system and the installation went through.

Does anyone know why was the package removed?

Greetings!

Re: python-pythondialog removed?

It was dropped to the AUR: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/python-pythondialog

Presumably it was no longer needed as a dependency for anything in the official repos.
