Does https://deepl.com/ cover your native tongue so you can elaborate on the context and the perceived versus expected behavior?

Did you reboot the computer after updating?
For me, sometimes the keyboard layout resets to US after running pacman -Syu. This is usually fixed by rebooting.

idk but for me i needed to reboot and if layout is wrong i use Ctrl + Alt + F3. (on plasma)

I try to explain myself better:
since mid-October suddenly some keys on the keyboard of my Dell Latitude E7240 laptop no longer work: I've tried changing the keyboard mapping and changing the configuration files but I can't solve the problem.

That doesn't really explain much about the situation.
What keys specifically?
What does "not work" mean? Do the produce false input? Or don't they generate any input?
Do they generate events in evtest?
Do they work in the pre-boot system (UEFI) or when booting a life distro like https://grml.org/ ?
Assuming this is a hardware issue and the keys are just dead and you cannot replace the keyboard: what's your desired mitigation? Map their input to other keys?
If so, in what context? Display server (X11/wayland)? Desktop environment/compositor?
And which keys would you want to re-assign to what input or feature?
